Minority Student Affairs Subject Files (Digital Surrogates), 2006-2008, contains digitized DVDs of Mom's Day Scholastic Awards Ceremony for the years 2006-2008, and the 2006 McNair Summer Research Institute Recognition Dinner.

Digitized films are available in .VOB files and have a size of 15.6 gigabytes. Some files have undergone minimal processing and may require the use of specialized software for display and access.
