Treatment Notes
Erasmus exhibit; 4/25/2016 While it is fairly obvious that this is not the first binding that this book has had, due to the ill fit of the case, it seem probable that the case was made for a different textblock and used in a Frankensteinian effort to recover the book. The spine is too wide and the squares are too large on both front and back cover. The treatment has included the reattachment of the textblock to the case as it is, but it was felt that it should be noted all the same.
