One letter from British painter William J. Wainwright to Helen Allingham, thanking Helen for her donation of £1 and 1 shilling to the funds of the Artists' General Benevolent Institution. Wainwright informs Helen that while in London he visited the Leicester Gallery and saw the pictures by fellow artist Lee Hankey at Helen's recommendation, which he enjoyed very much.
