  • One letter from Irish poet and painter William Butler Yeats to Helen Allingham, informing Helen he is compiling an anthology of Irish lyric poets. He asks permission to quote several of William Allingham's poems, including "The Faeries," and "Farewell to Ballyshannon," among others. Helen writes a note on the first page of the letter, writing Yeats may do this for collectors editions and if he provides Helen with proofs for correction.
