Description
One letter from Henry Allingham to his mother Helen Allingham, from the SS Duke of Buckingham, writing following his last letter the boat docked in Port Said, and he went ashore with Mr. Sherston and the doctor. Henry writes he received Helen and his brother Gerald's letters at their brief stop in Suez. Henry mentions trying to develop some photographs he had taken, but is unable to do so in his cabin on the ship.
