Clark St. & Oakdale Ave., thence E. along N. line of said Oakdale Ave. 100 ft, thence N. 50 ft. to a point 125 ft. E. of N. Clark St., thence W. & parallel with N. line of Oakdale Ave. 125 ft., to E. line of Clark St., thence S.E.ly along E. line of Clark St. to place of beginning.
