| Description | One letter and corresponding envelope from Irish author Mary C. Ferguson to William Allingham mentioning that she received a volume. She also hopes he has enjoyed his archaeological books, and hopes he will stop to see them next time he is in Dublin. While the letter is dated Dec. 15th, the envelope is post-marked Dec. 30-31st 1850. The envelope is addressed to William Allingham in Ballyshannon. There is a note on the inside flap of the envelope wishing Allingham happy wishes of the season and many happy new years and intitialed M.F. |
