Description
One letter and corresponding envelope from Irish author Mary C. Ferguson to William Allingham explaining that she had been absent from her home spending a week in the country. She also shares that she had tried to procure a copy of George Darley's poems for Allingham from the ciculating library. Another mentioned set of dramas were checked out to a friend and never returned. On the second page there is a ink stain. The enveloped is addressed to William Allingham in Ballyshannon and is post-marked Feb 22-23 1851.
