Description
One letter and accompanying envelope from English writer and critic William Michael Rossetti to William Allingham informing Allingham that he has written to a Mrs. Prinsep, in hopes of calling on her with Allingham on Sunday. Rossetti inquires about what time the two would meet, and suggests that if Allingham has nothing else to do to call on Rossetti anytime that day before 2, and they will dine before they start their business. Rossetti also mentions the death of Helen Orme, which Allingham had informed him of in his last letter. The accompanying envelope is post-marked July 10th, 1857. It is addressed to Allingham at an address in London.
