  • Quire C, containing "The contrariety betweene Christs Apostles and lordly prelates" (caption title), is unsigned except for C2, signed 'A2'.
  • Collation statement based on ESTC. In IU-R copy, leaf D2 is present and blank.
  • Signatures: [A]¹ B⁴ [C]⁴ D². C2 signed A2.
