Description
A working drawing for the second floor plan of a group of buildings, designed by architect Frederick W. Perkins for Charles H. Schweppe of Lake Forest, Illinois. The drawing is numbered as "No. 4," dated January 8, 1914, and at the bottom includes the address of Perkins's office at 21 E. Van Buren St., Chicago, Illinois. The drawing features a design for a second floor plan, including a section showing a raised bathroom floor and detail of scuttle in the ceiling of the 2nd floor passage.
