A working drawing for the roof plan of a group of buildings, designed by architect Frederick W. Perkins for Charles H. Schweppe of Lake Forest, Illinois. The drawing is numbered as "No. 5," dated January 8, 1914, and at the bottom includes the address of Perkins's office at 21 E. Van Buren St., Chicago, Illinois. The drawing features a design for a roof plan and includes detail of the tire rack in store room, living room and dining room interior details, and gardener's cottage.
