A working drawing for the elevations of a group of buildings, designed by architect Frederick W. Perkins for Charles H. Schweppe of Lake Forest, Illinois. The drawing is numbered as "No. 6," dated January 7, 1914, and at the bottom includes the address of Perkins's office at 21 E. Van Buren St., Chicago, Illinois. The drawing features a design for the North, West, and South elevations. It shows detail of a coal window, detail of a metal conductor head, lintel sections, and windows.
