Description
A working drawing for the second floor of the Charles H. Schweppe residence at Lake Forest, Illinois. The drawing was designed by architect Frederick W. Perkins. It is numbered as "No. 3," dated January 28, 1915, and includes a design plan for the residence's second floor. At the bottom, it also lists the address for Perkins's office at 21 E. Van Buren St. in Chicago, Illinois, and indicates that the drawing was made by B.K.G. and traced by R.H.R.
