Printed on the back of postcard: Court House, Birmingham, ALA. Jefferson County's $3,000,000 Court House, one of the handsomest in the South is constructed of white Indiana limestone and marble. The jail occupies the top floor. A unique fact is that eighty per cent of those entering the Court House come in through the back door, reached through a small but very beautiful park.
