Description
One letter from Irish mathmatician Sophie Willock Bryant to Helen Allingham thanking Helen for her donation of 10 shillings. Bryant writes on stationary for "The Irish Women's Association (to aid Irish Regiments and Prisoners of War)," which identifies Bryant as the Vice-President of the organization. The stationary acknowleges the organization's patronesses and executive committee members. Bryant writes that the group will be able to do useful work, and hopes that their plans for cooperation will mature. Bryant mentions Lady MacDonell and her daughter are working hard. The letter's paper contains a watermark for The Westminster Note.
