One letter from British artist Colin Bent Phillip to Helen Allingham, regarding the stewardship of the Artists' General Benevolent Fund (AGBF) on behalf of the Royal Watercolor Society. Phillip hopes to include Helen's name on the RWS list. Phillip writes he is currently in Scotland, and he and his wife send their regards. There is a note written by Helen Allingham stating she sent £1 as a contribution. The letter's paper contains a watermark for A.C.L. for OW Paper and Arts Co. Ltd.
