One letter from Henry Allingham to his brother Gerald Allingham, while on the journey to Australia. Henry mentions while in Batavia, he beat Mr. French at billiards, and then at the next stop was able to see cargo discharged. Henry draws a diagram to go along with the explanation of the movement of cargo. He also mentions developing some photographs when he arrives in Lammermoor.
