Interpretation | During World War I the UNited States experienced a very high rate of inflation for consumer goods. To avoid this during World War II, the Office of Price Administration began an anti-inflation campaign that encouraged consumers to shop carefully, conserve food, and recycle supplies. This poster demonstrates the success of the anti-inflation campaign. |
