Description | Leaf-shape ironstone dish. Leaf has 11 lopes. Bottom turns back at both sides, forming handles. Impressed into underside: "J. Clementson" at top of circle. Inner circle reads "Ironstone China." Of English design/manufacture. L 9 3/8 x W 6 3/4". |
Interpretation | Belonged to Abraham Lincoln during his residence in Springfield, IL, 1844-1861. |
