Description | This circular tile sided barn was built by William Naffziger in 1916 in Mount Hope Township, McLean County. |
Interpretation | Naffziger's round tile barn was made of locally burned tile and arranged so that cattle faced inward toward the tile silo. This was the last surviving circular barn in McLean County, and it remained intact until a tornado took its roof off in 1996. |
