Letter written on the back of "C.J.R. No. 1 Joint Resolution," which istructs the Delegate in Congress to secure more donations of land for universities. The letter states that the sender understands Turner's interest in all things agricultural education, so he send along the resolution. The sender writes that "the idea is so entirely new." Letter was likely written from someone on the Council Chamber, as written before the date.
