Description
Turner's letter begins, "I am sorry that the governor's committee is defunct. It deranges all my plans." Appears as though there is conflict of interests surrounding Turner's plans invisions of an Industrial University. On the efforts, Turner writes they (state legislature?) intend to "divide and conquer." In the postcript, Turner confides that his son, Willy, has been sick with typhoid fever for fifty days and he is very worried for him.
