Description
  • One letter from Helen Allingham to English architect and author Basil Champneys regarding a book which Helen had previously mentioned to Champneys, and which accompanies the letter. Helen writes that if Champneys is interested in seeing her husband's "Preface," and unused notes written years ago, she would be happy to show him. Helen informs him that she is home most Wednesday afternoons. In a post-script, Helen asks that when Champneys is done with the book that he pass it on to Lady Bloomfield who is interested in reading it.
