Description
One letter from Dutch painter, Lawrence Alma-Tadema to Helen Allingham writing on behalf of Lady Augusta Cadogan who knows a lady of considerable talent that would like to take painting lessons with Helen. Alma-Tadema asks that Helen write back with her response to Lady Cadogan. In a post-script, Alma-Tadema offers his regards to Helen and her husband, as well as the little ones. Alma-Tadema mentions hearing of Helen's illness in the papers, and was happy to hear of her convalescence.
