Description
One letter from English artist and designer Robert Anning Bell to Helen Allingham thanking her for the kind letter and congratulations, and writes he hopes Helen will meet his new wife some time soon. Bell writes that he should have sent Helen the formal notice of his marriage, which he had ordered while in Paris at the end of August. Bell mentions that his wife had not heard from her son, but has since seen him in Brittany where he is training. Bell also mentions that his nephew Christopher enlisted and has been made a Corporal, and expresses that he is pleased with him.
