One letter from English potter and novelist William De Morgan to Helen Allingham expressing his gladness at hearing from Helen, and mentions his recently published book, "Joseph Vance." De Morgan hopes that his upcoming book, "Alice-For-Short," will be as popular. De Morgan also mentions William Allingham's memoir, and shares his first impressions of William. He references that Helen's boys are working on engineering. De Morgan mentions several shared aquaintances with Helen, such as Basil Martineau, Clara Martineau, Ada DM, and the Radfords. De Morgan expresses his hopes that he will soon see Helen, and visit Hampstead before he dies.
