Lyrics | Our Nation’s Honor Shall Always Reign Verse: Ever since this war began we’ve been in a quandary, And wonder if it all will end and let us neutral be. Our dear old Wilson tries his best to always do what’s right, But if we’re forced into this war, we’ll all be there to fight, For my country ‘tis of thee, Refrain: And the honor of a country that’s true, And our love for the Red, White, and Blue. Our forefathers are those we must respect, Their lives they gave this country to protect. The whole world knows that we are not ashamed To keep our flag a‐flying forever be the same. Our motto’s peace but if fight we must, Our nation’s honor shall always reign. Verse: U. S. A. has stood the test to uphold humanity. Its merits will be praised throughout the world in history. God knows that we are innocent and do not want to fight, But if we must, in God we trust, He’ll bring us out alright. For my country ‘tis of thee… Refrain |
