Sorry, we couldn't find anything matching "Thomas Ford was the eighth Governor of Illinois. Although originally from Uniontown, Fayette County, Pennsylvania, he moved to Ogle County, Illinois. By 1837, he was a state court judge, then became justice of the Illinois state supreme court from 1841-1842, and finally Governor of Illinois from 1842-1846. He died in Peoria, Illinois in 1850 and is interred at Springdale Cemetery, Peoria. Ford County, Illinois is named after him.".
