The items in the Digital Collections of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign Library contain materials which represent or depict sensitive topics or were written from perspectives using outdated or biased language. The librarian shall also fill out the blanks upon the stub of the receipt and mark the date when the receipt is taken up and the book returned. The librarian shall also return these stubs to the Secretary of the Illinois Farmers' Institute when called upon to do so.
5. The pages of these books must not be marked nor mutilated and librarians are required to collect fines for injuries beyond reasonable wear. Such fines to be returned to the Secretary of the Illinois Farmer's Institute with the library.
4. No book shall be lent to anyone to whom a book or an unpaid fine is charged.
