Description | An eagle displayed with wings inverted stands on books and supports an escutcheon, helm, mantling and crest. The escutcheon (heraldic colors not clearly marked) is divided by a bend chequy between two six-pointed mullets (stars). The helm is crested with wings elevated and addorsed that reflect the checkered motif in the escutcheon. |
