It depicts the line's extent from east to west (from Chicago to Denver), and north to south (from St. Louis to Minneapolis/St. Paul). Numerous spurs are also shown, each with its respective stops crammed along the length of the line, which is by no means drawn to scale. Elaborate printed font and the bold railroad logo provide a pleasing aesthetic.
